A statement was posted on Facebook by band member Maarten Hoogstraten which said: "Dear All, I'm deeply saddened to tell you that Paul passed away last night after his battle with cancer."
In July, Baumer announced on the duo's fan page that he had been diagnosed with cancer.
He also said that Hoogstraten would be "representing them on the road".

Bingo Players Facebook page Paul Baumer passed away on Tuesday night.
Posting about the news on Facebook, Maarteen thanked fans for all their support "over the past few months".
He also said Baumer had fought his cancer "strongly until the end".
He added: "Needless to say, all upcoming shows for the rest of this year have been cancelled as we're going through this loss with family and friends.
"Paul, we will miss you."
Friends, musicians and fans are already beginning to pay tribute to the musician on social media.
DJ Martin Garrix has posted a message on Twitter.
He said: "Can't believe it, just heard the new about Paul, my thoughts go out to all his friends and relatives. and of course Maarten."
Single success Baumer previously said that he would continue working in the studio as well as taking lead in running the Hysteria record label while receiving medical treatment.
Bingo Players, who also have a base in Miami, are best known for their number one song Rattle.
The track was originally released in 2011 and made the top 40 in the Netherlands, France, Sweden and Denmark.
But it was the re-versioned song in 2013 which became a number one hit in the UK, also reaching the top 10 in Germany, Austria, France, Australia and other parts of Europe.
The single has been certified gold in Canada, silver in the UK and four times platinum in Australia.
Their international club anthem Cry (Just a Little) was also a top 40 hit in the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK and other parts of Europe and Australia.
Bingo Players were ranked 66th in DJ Mag's top 100 DJs list for 2012."
